A quiet, powerful truth: Knowing your ovarian reserve is an act of self-respect. AMH doesn’t predict your ability to get pregnant today… but it does help you plan tomorrow.

When you understand your numbers, you can shape your timeline — not react to it. Women deserve access to this knowledge before fertility becomes urgent.

We’ll walk you through it with clarity, compassion, and zero pressure. Did you come to today’s event? Let us know about your experience in the comments below. ♥️

✨ Fertility Testing: yes / no? ✨

With so much information out there now, many patients are coming to me without an actual diagnosis of infertility. Rather, they want to know more about their bodies and better understand how to optimize their reproductive health - which will ultimately optimize their chance of having a baby now or in the future.

Take a listen for my thoughts.

Did you have fertility testing without being infertile? If yes, I’d love to hear your experience and whether you would do it again. 🩷

✨ RAPAMYCIN: An anti-aging drug just became the first to improve embryo quality in a randomized human IVF trial. ✨

For the last few years, I’ve been closely watching fertility medicine and longevity science come closer together.

In a newly published paper in the premier journal CELL, researchers gave women undergoing IVF a short course of low-dose Rapamycin. These were 100 women (average age 36) who had already experienced IVF failure.

The results?

More fertilized eggs
More embryos
More high-grade blastocysts
A clinical pregnancy rate that jumped from 28% → 50%

That’s nearly double….

Rapamycin isn’t new— originally approved by the FDA in 1999, it suppresses our immune system when used at high doses.

But at low doses, rapamycin does something entirely different. It appears to restore our cellular repair pathways.

This study is a glimpse into a future where we may have tools that directly improve egg and embryo quality 🤓

More research that replicate these finding, as well as safety studies, are needed BUT… this is an exciting new development for our field.

Have you heard of Rapamycin? Or have you used it? Let me know in the comments below. 👇🏼

✨ Would you do it all over again? ✨

Being a Doctor is one thing, but being the owner of the practice is a whole other beast. There are so many moving parts, so many variables. So many things we were never taught in ALL the years of training we have as physicians.

But would I do it all over again? Yes. In a heartbeat. I will take this version of hard any day. Because I know I couldn’t have the impact that I am having any other way.

Life is hard. You choose your hard. What hard have you chosen that you have no regrets about?? Let me know in the comments 🤍

The fertility journey is hard.

When you first start, you think “I know the stats, but that’s not going to be me/us…”

Then time passes. There are many ups and downs. Many positive moments that may be immediately followed by downturns and disappointments.

Sadness. Illusion. Hope. Disappointment. Grief trauma. PTSD. The list goes on. So many emotions.

Seeing a fertility specialist is a big decision. Doing fertility testing, a bigger one. And we haven’t even talked about the decision to do treatment… with all that means.

Comment 🤍 if you agree that this journey requires confidence and unshakeable faith in yourself? 🙏🏻
