✨Your Care ✨

I was reminded this week of just how many people need to work together for a patient to be taken care of. I may be the Doctor, but I can’t do what I do without them.

What you see: Me showing up in the preop room to say hello and do your procedure.

What you don’t see: My team coordinating with the surgery center and the IVF lab. The anesthesiologist coordinating with the surgeon, the preop nurse, the OR nurse, the recovery nurse, the scrub tech, the embryologists, and that’s not even everybody 😲 that work in symphony to make sure you are taken care of.

✨ Let me re-introduce myself ✨

We have lots of new faces around here, and today someone asked me. So I thought I would take this opportunity to share just what it takes to do this work that I do everyday:

2000: Accelerated Med School Entry Program
2000-2007: Medical school, MD Degree + Concurrent Teaching Degree in the last 2yrs.
2008-2012: ObGyn Residency
2012-2015: REI Fellowship
Both Written and Oral Board Exams to become double-board certified.
2015-2018: Physician at
2018-2023: Physician at
2023-current: Owner at

And in the meantime, I also did a few things like:

✨ Always By Your Side ✨

It’s easy to post about hand-holding and support when all is going well. Happy tears with pregnancy announcements. But it’s not as glamorous to show up when things aren’t going well.

The last time I was in this ER, I came via ambulance with my mom as the patient 🕊️ Last night, I was able to be present for my patients during a difficult time. Seeing them both exhale when they saw me walk into the room made it all worth it ♥️
