Yesterday we celebrated the joyful union of my dearest friend Sonya and her amazing partner Jean-Michel on the idyllic beaches of Koh Rong in Cambodia.

Watching their love story unfold around the globe this past 8 years has been like witnessing divine cosmic magic at work to bring these 2 beautiful souls together.

It was an honor to be the officiant of their small intimate wedding, lead a guided meditation, and celebrate their commitment to become long-term partners in this adventure we call Life.

I ended the ceremony with this blessing- "As you intertwine your lives more deeply together, remember that the rest of your life is an opportunity to create each moment with love."

Attending Carrie Grossman's retreat "From Fear to Trust" this past weekend was so transformational.

Carrie shared how to move away from fear which is at its root a feeling of separation. And how to move towards trust and connection by opening one's heart.
🎵
We explored the dimensions of trust as an inner knowing, the path of acceptance, and a way to move forward. Understanding that trust is a process.
🎵
Carrie taught us that part of this process is going into the laboratory of our consciousness and taking responsibility for our inner realm.

I love her words- "The more we take time to pause and be honest with our experience, the more our self-trust grows. We don't have to force our blossoming- we simply have to allow it."

Welcome 2025!

As I say goodbye to 2024, I let go of:
🌷 Uncertainty
🌷 Instability
🌷 Reactivity
🌷 Emotional turbulence
🌷 Ignoring my health
🌷 Not prioritizing myself
🌷 Toxic relationships
Pushing myself too hard
🌷 Giving away my time and energy for free
🌷Speaking when I cannot be heard

2024 was a tumultuous ride- with a personal injury, condo damage, financial instability, upheaval at work, burnout, and the regular ups & downs of life. I am relieved that 2024 is now past. Many lessons learned and wisdom I will definitely incorporate into a fresh start for 2025!

Akshaka is superior to the medial border of the clavicle, between the sternal and clavicular head of the SCM muscle. Acupuncturists- this point corresponds to ST 11. 🏵Aksha means eyes and Akshaka translates as that which makes the eyes bright. This marma can benefit the eye and vision.
