The Strongman Underground is the Southeast regions premiere hardcore strength building organization with deep roots in multiple disciplines of fitness. Our focus is directed on transforming athletes who are looking for the next level in physical fitness as well as those aiming to reach their maximum strength potential. Our 6000sqft facility is centrally located in Fort Lauderdale Florida and is home to athletes of all walks of life including service personnel, military, professional athletes, MMA fighters, doctors, lawyers, and the average Joe. Our staff of certified instructors have been trained at the highest standard in the industry and continue their education throughout each year in specialty certifications such as power lifting, olympic movements, mobility training, and nutrition to name a few. As our athletes continue to see their individual results in the gym, we also take the extra step in providing intense organized competitions where all our athletes can truly see their progress and determine WHO IS THE STRONGEST MAN……
