The city of Tallahassee utilities department is deceitfully conducting a procurement scam, deceitfully falsifying energy audit reports, lying, Deceitfully misleading information to not get in trouble, deceitfully orchestrating multiple people disguised as neighbors, delivery drivers and every necessary living service a person needs, and their intentionally doing this to be able to get away with deceitfully conducting a procurement scam on vulnerable people and distracting them from being able to obtain monetary relief from complaints reported by victims. And they are exhausting and retaliating against people that complain about them. I'm telling you this from experience and it is currently happening everyday here in Tallahassee Florida. I swear by the penalty of perjury everything I'm telling you is the truth an I'm willing to testify to that under oath.
