As a professional personal trainer, I've seen it all. I've seen people come into the gym with big goals and ambitions, only to give up after a few weeks or months. I've also seen people who are consistent with their workouts and slowly but surely achieve their goals.
So what's the difference between these two groups of people? It's simple: consistency and hard work.
Consistency is key to fitness success. If you want to see results, you need to make working out a part of your routine. This doesn't mean you have to go to the gym every day, but you should aim for at least 3-4 workouts per week.
Hard work is also important, but it's not enough on its own. You can work out as hard as you want, but if you're not consistent, you're not going to see any results.
So how do you find the balance between consistency and hard work? It's a matter of finding what works for you and sticking with it. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness. What works for one person may not work for another.
The most important thing is to find something that you enjoy and that you can stick with. If you're not having fun, you're less likely to stick with it. And if you don't stick with it, you're not going to see results.
So find an activity that you enjoy and that you can see yourself doing on a regular basis. Then, start working out consistently and hard. With time and effort, you will see results.
