Getting ready for the possibility of mystery event.... Not super familiar with technique on these. I'm pretty sure I just muscled the hell out of it, but 200 # is 200 # I guess.... Not sure if this is a 200 # stone to be honest, last one before it was 160 and this fet like a huge jump in weight.

Meet - one of the coaches from our Car Deadlift event sponsor . Here she is deadlifting at the Slingshot Pro Deadlift at the Arnold - she won 3rd overall and 3rd heaviest deadlift. (462.96lb/210kg)⠀
Natalie has an Associate of Science in Emergency Medical Services from Palm Beach State College. She has worked as a Paramedic for nearly a decade and currently specializes in cardiac services as a Cardiovascular Technologist. Currently she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Palm Beach State College. Her fitness journey started at 200 pounds and she now competes in the 138 pound class in the USAPL. At her most recent meet USAPL Raw Nationals she broke the American Record Squat with 360 pounds and finished second in the nation.⠀⠀
As healthcare providers, takes pride in their ability to understand the needs of their clients on a deeper level than most - helping to ensure that each of their clients needs are met, no matter what they are. ⠀
