Sleep supports nearly every system in the body, from brain health and metabolism to immune function and recovery. Consistent, high-quality sleep is one of the most powerful habits for long-term health.

Practice:
Set a fixed wake time, dim lights 90 minutes before bed, and limit screen exposure at least two hours before sleeping. Blue light blocking glasses can also help cue the body for sleep.
