“Why do my joints pop or crack?” 🦴👂
Not every pop means something is wrong.
Most joint cracking comes from pressure changes inside the joint, not damage. It’s a normal response to movement.
But popping may need attention when it’s paired with:

❗ Swelling
❗ Catching or locking
❗ Limited mobility
