From limping to racing pain-free. 🏃‍♀️✨
Samantha came in with hip bursitis that had her starting to limp. Within three sessions, she was already back to running and signed up for a Hyrox race.
After a calf injury, she followed a structured rehab plan and came back stronger, hitting a 1:09 PR, completely pain-free. 🙌

Where it hurts isn’t always where the problem started.

In physical therapy, "Regional Interdependence" means that a limitation in one joint often forces another joint to pick up the slack.

For example: your nagging lower back pain might actually be a symptom of "sticky" hips or a stiff mid-back. If we only treat the back, the pain will keep coming back until we fix the source.

By looking at the whole kinetic chain, we can:
