I wish I could explain what it’s like inside my head sometimes.
It’s not just worry.
It’s not just stress.
It’s a constant loop of thoughts that don’t stop.
Overthinking every word.
Feeling like I messed something up, even when nothing happened.
Pretending I’m fine because I don’t even know how to explain it.

Anxiety doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like silence.
Like zoning out during a conversation.
Like smiling while your stomach is in knots.
Like being exhausted from doing nothing but thinking all day.

This post isn’t a solution.
It’s just something I wish someone had said out loud sooner.
