Self Love Ritual: I recently did a self love ritual for myself then shared the energy of it for those that may have needed it. For times when you feel defeated, abandoned, rejected, lonely or any feeling that's a result of accepting things that weren't for your greater good, gather yourself to celebrate the beauty within you.... the beauty within yourself that allows you to continue to walk in compassion and love for others in what you do....how you show up for others.

I used herbs, crystals, candles, color and roses to express my self love celebration in my ritual. You can do what you see fit and I'm always here for support🩷🕯🌹✨️

I used Sea salt (protection) & Cinnamon (attracting abundance) I set my intention for the month, damp your hands, gently rub the salt and Cinnamon mix in hands, rinse off and let air dry ✨️ Sorry yall gotta work on my camera angles and didnt catch all the action!!! Be patient with yourself if you're new to meditation or if it's been a minute...start off 5-10min a day and if you can go longer, ride it out. Your focus need to build up like a muscle so consistency will get you there 💪
