Information Regarding Psychological Evaluations:

I specialize in psychological and psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents, and young adults. A comprehensive evaluation can be helpful to clarify diagnostic uncertainty, provide information on how they currently function, and can be helpful to predict their behavior and functioning in the future. Common reasons parents or individuals seek an evaluation:
• Academic difficulty
• Social skills deficits/difficulties with peers or social interactions
• Disruptive behaviors at school, home, and/or work
• Difficulty coping with emotions (e.g., sadness, fears, anxiety, etc.)
• Gifted testing
• For academic accommodations or accommodations on standardized testing (e.g., extra time)
• Re-evaluation to assess progress

Kuhl Psychological Services has moved! First day in the new office in East Fort Lauderdale. I’m looking forward to continuing to provide gifted testing, autism evaluations, psychological and psychoeducational evaluations, as well as aviation evaluations for pilots and Air Traffic Controllers. I am also excited to reincorporate therapy to my practice.

I owe my husband and family a special thanks for helping me build furniture and get my new office up and running to service children, teens, adults, and families!

Finishing up day one in San Diego at the 1st Annual Aerospace Behavioral Health Seminar. This is the first year the FAA merged the training for psychology and psychiatry leading to a day of enrichment and collaboration.
