Multicultural Alliance Health Care Solutions (MAHCS) is currently seeking Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to handle clerical and other administrative duties for our Mental Health agency. We are seeking an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Previous experience in Medicaid, Mental Health and Substance Abuse a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcomes/greets office visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Assists with scheduling treatments and intakes
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Follows universal precautions, OSHA standards and HIPAA regulations.
Maintain the schedule of office appointments
Data entry
Works under the supervision of the Intake/HR Coordinator
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma / Bachelors preferred
2 years’ experience as Receptionist/Admin. Assistant in Mental Health
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner. Proficient with numbers
Must be Bi-lingual- Fluent in English/Spanish

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour M-F 9am to 5 pm

Multicultural Alliance Health Care Solutions (MAHCS) is currently seeking remote and in-home therapists to provide culturally competent and community-based (home and school) individual and family therapy services. A large part of the caseload includes children and adolescents as well as adults, and court-ordered clients located in Broward County. Candidates must be willing to work on a fee-for-service basis and be open to working mostly afternoon and evening hours. Candidate MUST live in Florida and be able to service Broward County if necessary.
REQUIREMENTS Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy/Education (MHC, MSW, MFT)
Bilingual – Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese (Helpful, but will consider candidates fluent in other languages or with certifications and/or exceptional experience). Current immediate need, Male and Creole, African American male and Portuguese speaking. Flexible, Per Diem schedule.
