My girl kristen_bohne worked her butt off for this one. We still have goals to hit and progressive overload training to hit but she’s off to her Europe trip tomorrow and I am so proud of her.

Kristen has had 2 babies, and had severe back issues towards the end of her pregnancy with her last child. She’s eager to have another child join her beautiful family this year and now it’s even more clear how close she is to achieving that. She never thought she would have the chance to travel again nonetheless in Europe to multiple countries.

What an absolute trip it’s been. Cannot believe it honestly. Life just throws so many curve balls at you sometimes it feels like you just can’t catch a break.

This season I’m feeling more grateful than ever. For my little family, our little girl with four paws, my patients who trust me with their healing, the business I’ve poured my heart into and the home that holds it all. This year taught me that life doesn’t need to be bold, loud or flashy to be full. Sometimes it’s the simplest things that are the most meaningful and right now they feel like everything this year.

A late, but HappyThanksgiving to all of you who have supported my family and I over the years. We are so blessed and grateful for you. We hope you all had a wonderful holiday, and cheers to a joyous and successful end of the year. 🦃🍁🍽🤎

Tony is turning 68 this winter and has been a carpenter for 50 years. He came in with severe right shoulder pain, did NOT want to do any type of surgery and here we are. Man is repping out 100 push ups and able to use his nail gun overhead. Winging of the shoulder blade has come so far! Still some room for improvement there but function is back!

This one means a lot 💫

She came to me after months — even years — of frustration, bouncing between doctors and procedures with no real answers. She told me she was starting to lose hope. But she didn’t give up… she got to me somehow, and that’s when things started to change 🙌

Over the last 6 weeks, we’ve focused on neural glides, PRI-based retraining, and restoring true movement balance — not just chasing symptoms. The small goal these six weeks were to gain a neutral rib cage, decreasing nerve pain down the left leg and get back to her ADL’s. This is between our first and second session.

She’s done everything I’ve asked, showed up fully, and worked her butt off — in the clinic and at home. The results speak for themselves, and this is only the beginning. Looking forward to sharing her journey as she allowed us to and watching her grow even stronger into the amazing mom and wife she is! ❤️🔥

God really had a purpose for me in this life. Some days I get caught up in the mayhem, but I am so grateful for every season, every moment, and every single person that I’ve had the opportunity and blessing to help. It’s very surreal that I will technically be out of school for 10 years this upcoming May, and I’ve run my business for seven years now. I still have so much left to prove, so much left to learn, and so many more people to help. God is so good and I am so grateful to have been blessed by him. Thank you, God. ❤️🙏🏼
