⭐️ MAMA BEAR GROUPS ARE BACK ⭐️
Entering into motherhood is “a major event” for the brain. 1 in 7 Mothers Experience depression or anxiety during pregnancy or postpartum. 🤯 Exhaustion, appetite or sleeps disturbances, mood swings, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed are all reported.
This group follows the foundational idea that all mamas should have a space to come together, be supported, and heard. Taking just a moment to sit down with other mamas, and being accepted in all your greatness, is a great first step towards self-care.
Join our group and be apart of a community 🫂 of other mothers experiencing similar struggles. YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
This is a peer-led group that is co-facilitated by a Mental Health Professional.
Come as you are, stay as long as you can, and babies are always welcomed. 👶
Groups are WEEKLY (see schedule below), and in-person at our Cooper City office.
