Our Candlelight Yin and Candlelight Restore classes are designed to help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and rest deeply. Long-held, supported postures invite your body to soften while gentle guidance leads you toward stillness and ease.
With the lights low and the outside world gently shut out, you’re free to settle in, breathe deeply, and let go. There’s nothing to do, nowhere to go, and no one to be but you.
Perfect for evenings when you’re craving grounding, restoration, and a little extra care.

Yin Yoga
Long-held, passive postures that gently stretch deeper connective tissues. You may feel mild sensation as the body slowly opens, supporting mobility and mindfulness.
Restorative Yoga
Fully supported poses designed for complete relaxation. There’s little to no effort or stretch — the focus is on calming the nervous system and deep rest.
Both are slow, quiet practices — one offers gentle opening, the other offers pure restoration.
