Give Miami Day is almost here and we’re asking for your support. 🤎

Your donation helps us continue sharing “Brain Love” with individuals and families who need access to quality mental health care. A gift of just $20 can help cover a patient’s copay or go toward a prorated therapy session. We offer a sliding-fee scale for clients with financial needs, and your contribution helps us fill that gap.

We are truly grateful for your consideration and support.

🧠✨ Recognizing the Signs

Mental health decline doesn’t always look the same for everyone. It can show up as:
• Feeling unusually tired or withdrawn
• Changes in appetite or sleep
• Difficulty focusing
• Loss of interest in things you once enjoyed

If you notice these signs in yourself, give yourself permission to pause, rest, and reach out for support. If you notice them in someone else, offer a listening ear, gentle check-ins, or share resources that may help.

Taking small steps—like talking to a friend, journaling, or seeking professional care—can make a big difference.

💜 Remember: asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
