As a former Pro Athlete and current Natural Pro Bodybuilder in 4 sanctions including IFPA, USBF, NGA and INBF, I know what it takes to help you build a better you.

I am certified in Sports Nutrition, and that’s 90% of what you need to successfully make that physical change and help you maintain a consistent metabolic rate for weight management.

Again, Sculpted Bodies isn’t just for bodybuilding and athletes. I also work with the General Population. Those who just want to stay healthy and workout to maintain healthy lifestyle.
