Bright Drop Yoga Journey
Following a career in communication skills and devotion to yoga for twenty years, I teach yoga to inspire and motivate all students to look within and gain calm, flexibility, and health using their breath and movement. Yoga boosts morale and helps people manage stress. The yoga journey begins as the mind is quieted by the breath, allowing tranquility to enter, and developing emotional balance. With stretching and movement, the body grows stronger and more flexible. Ultimately letting go into meditation, the heart is nurtured and the body is energized and refreshed.
I teach yoga to adults and children of all ages in different settings. Using breath and movement, my students leave refreshed, relaxed, and reenergized. Having a background in communication in both public and private sectors, I easily connect with people in a professional, yet relaxed way. I provide a peaceful, safe, and welcoming space, where people have the opportunity to practice with effort and ease. With my passion and dedication, it is my intention to make yoga accessible to everyone, whatever their level of expertise, so they may receive many “bright beneficial drops” from their yoga practice and add well-being to their lives.
