Movement regulates your nervous system faster than motivation ever will.
It sharpens your mind, strengthens memory, and protects the brain … growing your hippocampus (memory) and lowering long-term dementia and Alzheimer’s risk.

This clip is a throwback from three years ago at Cebo & Shinobu’s studio - and tonight is group photo from class 3 since I got back to training with the Master himself. It feels amazing to be back. I’m so grateful to have this house family community with such beautiful people in my life. 🤍

In clinic, I always encourage my patients to choose the hard, physical thing… even if you feel like the least skilled person in the room.
Because that’s a huge opportunity that you get to practice your internal dialogue when it’s hard, how you show up, and how to build strength and rewire your mind and nervous system. Keep going. You’ve got this! 💪🏼✨

So many women tell me they don’t feel like themselves anymore.

Not sick, but not well… kinda under the weather, but not completely… just off.

Tired. Wired. Foggy. Reactive. Unsteady. A low grade “I’m catching something” experience.

Like their body is speaking a language they can’t decode.

That’s where I can help you.

I look at the patterns underneath your symptoms - the nervous system shifts, hormonal signals, inflammation loops, brain gut axis, brain hormone axis, body’s voltage, pathogens/toxins and the subtle physiology that gets missed when you’ve been powering through for too long.

When your body is treated at the root, that’s when transformation begins.

My life has never been an easy road. It has been extraordinary, atypical in every way, a lifetime of trauma, undoing, learning, healing, rebuilding, and rising again and again and again.

After decades of practice, I am grateful I have witnessed the shifts and changes that I wondered in my younger years if they would ever come. I can say that now with clarity and strength. But the past versions of me suffered greatly. She did not know how she would make it through everything happening around her, and she was clinging on for dear life.

I am thankful that I can smile through hardship and see it as direction…
that I feel peace even in the chaos…
and that I can experience genuine joy, softness, and presence instead of wondering what those things even felt like. I used to hang on to childhood memories of joy because they reminded me that it was once there which meant I can experience it again.

I am thankful my life did not break me, even though I was pummeled far more than a lifetime’s share.

I am thankful for the lessons, the resilience forged in me, the woman who grew from the ashes, the people who love me, my amazing mother, the ones who prayed for me, the unexpected kindness, the strength in my body, the steadiness in my spirit, and the purpose God continues to use my experiences to help others and shape me further in my mission.

And I am especially grateful for the small, ordinary moments, the ones that fill my heart and cup with love.

Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving ✨
Wishing you softness, warmth, and something real to be grateful for everyday.

And for those that are struggling in life - keep going it will get better. You will grow stronger than you can imagine and life will be more beautiful in the areas you cultivate. 🧡

If you celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow and want to keep your hormones, digestion, and energy steady - these are the 5 simple things I’m doing before and after the meal to help my body feel its best.

None of this is extreme. Just small habits that support your blood sugar, cortisol, and digestion so you can enjoy dinner without the crash, bloat, or late-night slump.

Swipe through and save this for tomorrow 🧡

✨ If you want more holistic hormone-or nervous system supportive guidance through the holidays, send me a message.

Stress tends to rise before the holidays, and many bodies slip into a sympathetic loop without warning.

When that happens, simple techniques like tapping can interrupt the immediate stress response.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in that pattern and you’re ready to work at the root of what’s happening in your body, you can schedule an appointment through the link.
