**DATE CHANGE** The November LCHD Immunization Clinics will not be at normally scheduled dates due to LCHD preparing to move to our new location.

LCHD Immunization Clinic is scheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 1:00-4:30pm at LCHD ( #3 John Bennett Drive) in Fort Madison. The clinic is open to children who have no insurance, are insured by Iowa Medicaid or those who have private insurance that doesn't cover vaccines. Appointment are recommended, and to schedule an appointment please call 319-372-5225.

The clinic is open to children who have no insurance, are insured by Iowa Medicaid or those who have private insurance that doesn't cover vaccines. Flu shots will be available!
