That is exactly why we created Connect With Your Inner Protector 🛡️
This 2 hour women only workshop combines nervous system education with hands on self defense using gentle exposure. You will learn how to recognize your triggers, understand your body’s stress responses, and build confidence in how you respond emotionally and physically when it matters most.
Jax will guide the hands on self defense portion, focusing on body awareness, boundaries, and practical defensive skills in a supportive environment.
Lindsay will guide participants through identifying triggers and understanding fight, flight, freeze, and fawn while teaching regulation tools to help you respond with clarity and intention.
This is not a therapy session. This is an educational and skill based experience designed to help you feel informed, empowered, and connected to your inner sense of safety.
