Help us celebrate some big wins and birthdays in our Catalyst Family!

Miss Geraldine hit her first barbell bench press. She rolled her eyes when we told her to try it… then chose to do another set. That’s what it’s all about. It’s been amazing watching your progress over the last two years. Keep working 💪

Jen’s birthday 🎉 this woman is a terror in the gym and locked in on her goals and what matters most to her. You cannot stop her. Proud of you.

Kayann aka “trouble” is celebrating her two year anniversary with us 🙌 thank you for the laughs and for putting up with us. We truly love having you in the gym.

Happy 2 year anniversary Joe!

Over the last two years your strength has nearly doubled. You’ve shown up at 6 AM consistently whether you felt like it or not. Tired, busy, stressed… you made it happen. That kind of consistency is what drives real progress.

We’ve loved watching your progress and all the laughs along the way. And yes… the gorilla shirts were well earned 🤣

While it’s been great to see how far you’ve come, we’re just as excited to see what the future has in store for you.

Eccentric pull-ups are a great way to build the strength, confidence, and muscle foundation needed for a full pull-up.

Start at the top with your chest to the bar, then lower down slowly and under control. Reset each rep.

Keep your shoulders packed down and back the entire time.

This variation is a little more challenging with the bar set lower, requiring the knees to come up toward the chest, which also trains the abs and hip flexors.
