NEW YEAR, NEW SEASON AT BRAIN RESTORATION CLINIC
Welcome to 2022! It’s hard to believe that we’re three weeks into the new year. Time is flying already. We’re excited for what 2022 is bringing and will bring as we move ahead into new territory. We’re already starting to sign patients up for our new membership program model and we’re so excited to be able to offer this opportunity.
We wanted this note to go out as a reminder that February 1st is when we will officially make the change to our new practice model (member and non-member programs). If you haven’t already, please be sure to take a look at the original announcement we sent with program details, FAQ’s, and other info to help you decide if membership is right for you.
Below is a summary of the member benefits and the new pricing structure for working with BRC. As always, please know we are thankful to be able to work with our patients on restoring hope, enhancing wellness, and maximizing quality life whether you feel membership is right for you or not. You have many options for practitioners to work with and we don't take for granted the trust you have placed in us. Membership Program
The following are all included in your membership plan:
Member rates for consultations
Member rates for protocols
Member discount on most supplements (10%)
Letters & forms completion (school, work, etc)
Prior authorization submissions for medication
Guaranteed communication / inquiry response time (next business day maximum)
Four free 15 min. phone calls per year for discussing care issues which require more than patient portal communication and/or for collaborating with other providers
Up to 1 hour per month of direct patient portal access to physicians and other clinical team members to cover ongoing care questions, nutritional & supplement guidance, medication management or reaction concerns, basic lab work follow-up, reports on research done for your case, and other similar issues
Non-Membership Program
Non-membership plan:
Standard rates for consultations

Standard discount on most supplements (5%)
Standard rates for letters & forms completion (school, work, etc)
Standard rates for prior authorization submissions for medication
Patient portal access used primarily for administrative communication, scheduling requests, medication refill requests, status updates, and similar brief and simple items.
