Echelon is the product of a vision Dr. Zacharko and Dr. Jessica Mendelsohn MD, owner of New South Family Medicine and MedSpa had for years. The vision was to create a place that would further enhance the services they were already offering in their respective medical practices. By partnering together and creating Echelon, they are able to bring supplementary wellness modalities to the local community that would also be mutually beneficial to the patients of both their practices. It was an absolute honor to receive a unit coin from Naval Special Warfare Group 4 Human Performance this weekend after teaching a private course on base in Virginia Beach. 🇺🇸

Physical therapists from the Army and Navy Special Operations along with Air Force F-22 Fighter Wing as well as the Navel Medical Center Portsmouth and McDonald Army Medical Clinic, all in attendance.

I am humbled and grateful to teach a group like this additional skills that will be put to use keeping our nation’s warriors and special operators healthy and performing at their best.

Dr. Jessica finds this a highly added value to the practice and has started fellowship training with and ! Still new and with so much to learn, she had a great time learning shoulder technique with Dr. Noah today for our first musculoskeletal module!!
