MEET OUR DOCTORS!!!!

Dr. Bansal attended Lake Superior State University in Sault Ste. Marie, MI. He continued on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Visual Science from the University of Houston and his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston College of Optometry, in Houston, TX in 1998. Dr. Bansal completed an externship at the Lyons VA hospital in Basking Ridge, NJ and at the Eyecare Clinic in Charlotte, NC.
Dr. Bansal opened his independent optometry practice, Carolina Family Eyecare, in 2003, after working in the community for 5 years. It is his desire to provide a strong family focused eye care experience to the York County and Southern Mecklenburg County area. Carolina Family Eyecare is a state of the art practice that has been a lifelong dream to build. Dr. Bansal is a long-time resident of the area. In fact, he remembers when Highway 160 was just a two lane road. He and his family love the Fort Mill area, and they sincerely thank his patients for the support over the years. Dr. Bansal also looks forward to developing long lasting relationships with our new patients.

MEET OUR DOCTORS!!!!

Dr. Jones grew up in sunny South Florida. He graduated with honors from Pfeiffer University in North Carolina in 1977. Dr. Jones received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1983 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis with honors.
Dr Jones had a successful solo practice in South Florida for 42 years before deciding to move to the area to be closer to family. He adores his grandchildren.
In his spare time, he likes to travel, be with family and friends. He also enjoys gardening, watch sports, driving sports cars, visiting restaurants, going to plays and movies.

MEET OUR DOCTORS!!!!!

Dr. Cornelia attended The University of Georgia and earned a bachelor degree in Food Science in 2015. In 2019 she graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry with a Doctorate of Optometry degree. While in optometry school, Dr. Cornelia completed externships at the VA hospital in Charleston, the UAB Eye Clinic, and a private practice in Birmingham, Al. Since 2019 she has been in private practice in the Charleston, SC area focusing on primary care optometry. Her clinical interests include fitting contact lenses and treating dry eye disease.
Dr. Cornelia is excited to be practicing in the Fort Mill area and exploring new spots around Charlotte, NC. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing tennis, trying new restaurants, traveling, and being on the water.

MEET OUR DOCTORS!!!!

Dr. Taylor Eldred is originally from Syracuse, New York. She attended the University of Delaware, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Medical Diagnostics. Devoting herself to serving others, she earned her Doctorate of Optometry at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry where she graduated with honors and completed an additional bachelor’s degree in Vision Science. Dr. Eldred loves being an optometrist because it allows her to get to know all of her patients on a personal level. When she is not in the office, she loves to read, get outdoors and spend quality time with her friends, family and golden retriever, Waffles!

She is new to the area, recently practicing in the Charleston area. Dr. C is a fitness and nutrition enthusiast.
