After several years of practicing medicine independently, the time has come for a transition which will give us the resources necessary to continue delivering the highest quality of care. Accordingly, we’re excited to announce that Sunrise Wellness Solution has joined Optima Medical!

Optima Medical is an Arizona based primary care medical group consisting of 23 locations and over 100 providers. Dedicated to providing quality care to local communities, Optima delivers care to 230,000 patients statewide.

Effective October 7, 2024, all patients will be seen at Optima’s South Bullhead City office located at 3015 AZ-95 STE 105, Bullhead City, AZ 86442. Please note that we still accept your insurance, we still have all your medical records and pertinent health information, and you may continue seeing me.

Although Optima Medical is a different group, you will continue to see the same familiar faces that you and your family have entrusted with your healthcare throughout the years. Additionally, under the Optima network, you will be able to receive expanded services!

Sunrise Wellness Solution will be closed at noon on Wednesday, September 18th and all day Thursday September 19th. There will be no one in the office during this time.

Please do not not use FB messenger to ask questions regarding prescription refills or and clinical information. Those messages will be deleted. Also I ask that you be very mindful of my time. Unfortunately our office will be closing at noon today. Any patients scheduled for the afternoon will be rescheduled. Lisa has torn her meniscus and is in a great deal of pain today and needs to keep her leg elevated. We apologize for any inconvenience that has caused.

If you have an appointment scheduled and find you are unable to make the appointment please call to cancel. There is someone who would love to have that time slot. Remember you have signed a financial responsibility and it states you will be charged $50 for any no show. So please be courteous and call to cancel. 

If you are a new patient, you must bring with you your insurance card and photo ID. You will not be seen without it.
