We are accepting new patients! With the news about a few providers retiring in the tri-state area, we are happy to announce we are taking in new patients under the age of 14.

Some important information to know:
—call our office to let our new patient scheduling department know of your interest; they will do a new patient intake questionnaire
—our scheduling department will reach out to you to schedule
—the wait time for new patients varies depending on a number of factors including patient age and medical needs
—kindness and politeness will get you in much faster than rudeness and impatience

Please make sure to check with your insurance that we are a provider in network for your particular plan. Thank you in advance!

Reminder that September is National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month! We are all about getting healthy eating habits.

A simple daily guide to help children build lifelong healthy routines:

✅ 5 – Servings of fruits & veggies 🍎🥦
✅ 2 – Hours or less of recreational screen time 📱💻
✅ 1 – Hour of active play or exercise 🏃‍♀️🚴‍♂️
✅ 0 – Sugary drinks (choose water or milk instead!) 💧🥛

Today we are celebrating a very special milestone – 7 years with our amazing front desk star, Kim!🎉💖

From the very first smile that greets our patients to the countless behind-the-scenes tasks she handles with grace, she has truly become the heart of our office. Families know and love her for her kindness, patience, and the way she always goes the extra mile to make everyone feel welcome.

Her dedication over the last seven years has been such a blessing to our team and to the many children and families we serve. We are so grateful for her hard work, positive spirit, and the sunshine she brings to the front desk every single day.

Introducing allergenic foods early—between 4–6 months of age—may actually help reduce the risk of allergies! 🍼✨

✅ Start with very small tastes, one at a time
✅ Offer new foods at home, where you can monitor for reactions
✅ Consider family history and consult your pediatrician if needed
✅ Common foods: eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish
