IslandFit offers Physical Therapy and Personal Training located on Fort Myers Beach. Customized orthotics are also available at IslandFit Physical Therapy.

IslandFit Physical Therapy and Wellness on Fort Myers Beach opened its doors on December 1, 2014. IslandFit offers a wide array of services including Physical Therapy, Customized Personal Training, and Orthotics. Those seeking Physical Therapy will meet one-on-one with IslandFit’s Physical Therapist to go build a strength and conditioning plan to achieve desired functionality regarding a specific condition. Patients will work one-on-one at all times with a member of the physical therapy team to ensure proper form and injury prevention. Individuals seeking Personal Training will meet one-on-one with IslandFit’s Personal Trainer to customize a personal training program suited to meet their needs and goals. IslandFit offers a wide variety of equipment including machines, core equipment, and TRX. Personal Training sessions will be done one-on-one with the personal trainer at all times in order to make sure fitness goals are met. Patients wanting orthotics will meet with IslandFit’s Physical Therapist to be fitted for the proper custom orthotics.

Meet Blake, one of our new physical therapists!🥳

If you've been to IslandFit, you may have already met Blake—but we're finally giving him the proper introduction he deserves!

Originally from Peru, NY, a small town near Lake Placid, Blake earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Daemen University. He's passionate about helping patients move and feel their best, bringing a hands-on, personalized approach to rehab. When he's not in the clinic, Blake stays active by skiing, hiking, and playing tennis. He's a dedicated Yankees and Bills fan, he also enjoys winding down with a good movie.

We're lucky to have him on the team!✨
