She believes that in order to heal the body, we must also heal the traumas of our past, allowing us to full stand in a sense of honor and integrity for the life that we lead. With the tools of movement, voicework, and breathwork, she helps you get into better touch with your center, body, and your intuition. Using her intuition and conscious body awareness, she is able to embody and channel the divine through her healing modalities to help you come into a body you trust, and to come to a life changing clarity and resolution
