Meet , the owner of Fight Like Hell Fitness. She is a fitness and nutrition coach and comes in proactively once a month for adjustments. We utilize Diversified, Flexion and Distraction, Drop, Arthrostim and PNF techniques to keep her in the fight. Thanks for trusting me with your care Bridgett.

For the past 10 weeks though, we’ve switched roles as she has been assisting me through an injury. Needless to say, she has been stretching me “like hell” to improve my ROM and the results have been excellent. She is knowledgeable, intuitive and skilled at what she does. Thank you to everyone that has reached out. I am truly humbled by the showing of support. To be clear, after 2 years as an associate, my intent was to plan and prepare for a January 1, 2024 grand opening of my own practice. Then, suddenly, October 31st became my last day as an associate.

As I have learned many times throughout my life, it’s not my plans, rather Gods plans that determine my journey! I’ve developed many great relationships with so many patients, who were suddenly left in the dark. That was not my intent, as a provider or a human being. I understand there has been dissemination of misinformation beyond my control. Please know that I STRIVE to be back serving SWFL in my own capacity before long.

While I was left to pick up the pieces and expedite plans and preparation (during the holiday season), I am happy to announce that things are coming together! I hope to solidify a permanent location in the coming months. In the mean time, feel free to reach out regarding my temporary location.

Stay tuned for future plans. In the interim, continue to STRIVE for Greatness!!!
