Our brand new studio is located in Ft. Myers, just East of Six Mile Cypress off Daniels Pkwy in Parker Commons. We offer yoga with various teaching styles including Restorative, Gentle, Chair, All Levels, Power, Kids, Teens, Advanced, Trauma-Informed, and personal one-on-one sessions. In addition to yoga movement classes (asanas), we also offer iRest Yoga Nidra, and off-site Stand-up Paddle Boarding Yoga monthly. We welcome all levels and everyBODY. We hope to see you soon!

Join us for a peaceful morning of yoga, surrounded by baby cows, sheep, horses, pigs, chickens, and more! 🌿✨ This donation-based event supports our farm and helps us continue offering amazing experiences like this to the community. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this is a family-friendly event for all ages!

For those of you whom have so graciously followed us for years, you know that we specialize in Trauma Informed Yoga for Military Service Members, Veterans, First Responders, as well as their families & caretakers. Last week, as I approached the end of a my Certificate Program in Traumatic Stress Studies, we had the opportunity to have a Q&A with Bessel Van der Kolk! Congratulations to these beautiful woman graduated Yoga Teacher Training this past weekend by completing 220 Hours of long weekends and Tuesdays over 6 months! Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) practice teaches are commencing in the beautiful Zen Garden today. 🌿🫶🏼 These ladies are doing phenomenal! Look out SWFL for some new teachers to be entering the teaching circuit NEXT WEEK after graduation!! It’s been 6 months of pretty intense training with roughly 220 hours of training under their belts!! 🧘🏼‍♀️
