One thing I’ve learned on this health journey is that healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or boring. Simple whole foods can be so flavorful and energizing.

This morning I finished my workout and I just kept thinking about the women who are about to step into the 6 Week Hope Fitness Reset.
