Hey everyone...
So. I am going to attempt to be purely transparent because transparency and integrity are two of my core values, and because it's what I would want from my people...that being said, I have an announcement!
I am going to be stepping away from my SolGood office for a few months. Until June, to be exact. This isn't a decision I've made lightly, but it's a decision I've carefully made and one I stand behind 100%.
My mental (and physical) health has taken a backseat to my responsibilities this winter, but that changes today. I will be closing my doors to in-person sessions after next week for the next 3 months. All previously scheduled sessions will still be honored unless you tell me otherwise. Sessions that are scheduled after 2/17/23 will be cancelled. I look forward to refocusing and transitioning my business into exactly what I've envisioned it to be during this time, and I hope you all stick with me through this process of self-reflection and healing!
I've really enjoyed getting to know all of you on such a deep level, and I take my responsibilities to each of you and your holistic healing very seriously. But I have realized that I've put mySelf on hold in doing this, and I've got to get my Self back. I'm going to be traveling to Florida to stay with family for a bit, and I'll be soaking up some much needed Vitamin D and working as a nurse down there while helping in humanitarian efforts to restore South Florida after the devastating Hurricane Ian. I NEED this. I teach good, strong self-care, and starting this month, I'm taking my own advice, unashamed.
I'm not leaving my business, I'm not quitting in any way. SolGood and Holistic healing is my passion and I will continue to pursue it now and once I get back. In the meantime, those who have already established care with me will have the option of taking sessions online or via phone during this time, as I will still be coaching clients. I will continue to accept new clients as well, as long as online sessions are acceptable for now, and I have some pretty exciting business ventures in the works for when I get back!
But I would be lying if I told you that I am okay. I am NOT. And I would not be standing in truth and integrity that I so often preach to you if I didn't tell you all that I'm doing this to care for and nurture my Self. When you know who you are, you know what you NEED. And when you know what you NEED, you should do whatever is necessary to ensure that those needs are MET. This is me doing that.
These next 2 weeks will be challenging as I wrap up one chapter and start a new one, so lots of good vibes are requested! I won't be establishing new clients unless the new client wishes to establish as an online client for now, so for all of you who have reached out to schedule these past few weeks, I SEE YOU. And I hear you, and I'm working diligently to ensure you are not left out of this transition. If you're a current client and you've not heard from me yet, I will be reaching out. There are so many details to work through though, so if you'd like to message me first, that would be great as this process has been *slightly* overwhelming 😅😆
I appreciate everyone being so kind and generous in working with me to ensure we are all healthy, happy, and accommodated in the best way. I will also completely understand if you don't wish to continue online in the interim, just reach out and let me know. But I will hold space priority for those who DO, however, so that their service can continue uninterrupted when I'm back.
Most importantly, thank you so much for supporting my incredible, out-of-the-box, unique, innovative take on health and healing. I love you ALL. And I love ME. This is Me, finally, showing myself that I got ME and that I can do ANYTHING I set my mind to.
