How to get started:
📌Provide notice that you are beginning a drug-free workplace and that drug testing will be a condition of employment. Indicate the type of testing that will be done and the prohibited substances. This must be posted 60 days before testing begins.
📌Determine the specifics of your random program. What percentage of your employees will you test? What will the frequency of testing be? Once we map out your preferences, provide us with a roster of all of your employees and we will let you know who needs to be tested in each cycle.
📌We test your employees on your specifications and record the data and results of each test.
📌Train supervisors to detect reasonably suspicious behavior in the workplace. .. We are available to help with all of these steps! 🙂

DOT (Department of Transportation) Testing reminder for commerical drivers: If the employee does not show up for a pre-employment test, it may not be a refusal. Tell the employer that the employee was a no-show. Always tell the employer if the employee’s actions appear to constitute a refusal to test~ (the employer will make the ultimate decision).
