Your feet are directly connected to your entire body.
Working the fascia on the bottom of your foot can help improve hamstring flexibility, increase lower-back range of motion, and even help relieve tension-related headaches.
How to roll your foot correctly: • Start at your big toe and roll down toward the center of your heel
• Roll back up toward your pinky toe
• Roll back down to the center of the heel
• Return to the big toe
• Repeat this pattern about 3 times
Start with light pressure and gradually go deeper only as your body allows. Take your time—deeper pressure may not feel right the first round, and that’s okay.
Your optimal pressure is a “hurts so good” level around a 7–7.5/10, but always stay within your comfort level for best results.
Consistency > pressure.
Save this for later and ask me how to do this safely between sessions.
