Congratulations to Christopher Boadu, our Personal Care Assistant, for being honored at the Lee County E-Awards with the 2025 Elaine McLaughlin Outstanding Hospitality Service Award! 🌟
This is the story that was shared: Christopher is a master of compassion, whose kindness for older adults—especially those navigating major life transitions—extends far beyond the spotlight of home health care. One example given was how he gave weekly sewing lessons to a homebound elderly woman, providing her with something to look forward to and a renewed sense of purpose.
On holidays and special occasions, Christopher visits patients on his own time, simply to remind them they are not alone and never forgotten. He designs personalized cognitive craft projects tailored to each patient to spark engagement and bring joy to their day.
His dedication also extends to families, keeping them informed and involved as if they were part of the same circle of care. Through his kindness, creativity, and quiet dedication, he brings dignity, joy, and connection to every person he serves.
