All jokes aside... Music can be so therapeutic and help us relax, improve mood, get in touch with our emotions, and gain energy. It can be a great coping skill during tough times in life!

*Turn up volume* Can you relate? As a therapist, I understand how it feels to have symptoms and struggles across the board. Sometimes it's hard to narrow down a diagnosis when you struggle with a little bit of everything!

The good news is, there are many different tools and techniques to help you improve these areas of your life, with or without all these specific "alphabet soup" diagnoses.

If you need help organizing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, I'm here to help you on that journey. Whether it's important for you to have a specific diagnosis or if treating your symptoms matters most.
