Lindsay has practiced 200 classes in just a little over a year. She is also signed up for our upcoming yoga teacher training program!!

Congrats to Angela for practicing 100 yoga classes with us 🙌🧘‍♀️😍

Angela now joins 20 others in our community who have made it to the 100 class mark.

We are intentional in the way we create the practice, from breath, to flow, to the way we practice community with one another.

Even in small classes, our community has embraced practicing side by side. They understand it creates a synergy, connection, support, stronger breath, more heat, and a deeper sense of connection to each other.

In a lot of yoga studios, students want to get away from other people! Here, we want to get closer. We want to practice in community with each other. That means letting ourselves be seen. Coming out of hiding. But this also gives you the opportunity to be supported by those around you. They aren’t here to judge. They want to support you, and they want to be supported by you. That’s how community works. ❤️

Let’s celebrate Kerry for hitting 50 days in a row of practicing in-studio! 🎉🥳💪🤩

Kerry’s first class with us was 50 days ago, and she’s come everyday, since. 😮

Thanks to our No Days Off incentive, Kerry has been taking advantage of a free membership for coming every single day.

Free yoga for coming everyday? Yup. It holds you accountable and creates discipline to show up no matter what mood you’re in or how busy you are. We believe making time for yourself and engaging with community is important.

Hear what Kerry has to say about her inspiring journey thus far:

“These 50 days have been so much more than just a physical practice they’ve been a journey back to myself.

After my divorce, yoga became a safe space to breathe deeply, release what no longer serves me, and reconnect with my inner strength. Each day on the mat has brought me more peace, clarity, and self-compassion, and the breathwork has been my anchor through life’s transitions.

The community here has been such a beautiful source of encouragement, and I’m grateful to share this part of my healing journey with others.”

Kerry now holds the 2nd highest streak in our No Days Off club. The longest streak belongs to Lizzi Buel, who practiced with us for 91 days straight back in 2023. Kerry said her goal is to get to 100 days 😉
