💛 What an incredible event! 💛

We are so happy and grateful for the amazing turnout at our Trunk or Treat celebration! A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful staff, family members, and community partners who helped make this event so special. Your hard work and support truly made it a success. 🎃

Events like this remind us how important it is to never forget about our elderly community. Seeing the joy on their faces — and the excitement from all the children — truly made their year. The laughter, smiles, and shared moments mean more than words can express. 💫

Our residents look forward to this event every year, and this one was truly unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to making next year’s celebration even bigger and better!

🌟 Low Vision Awareness at Canterfield of Fort Myers! 👁️✨

Low vision is a common challenge among older adults — but did you know that therapy can make a remarkable difference?

This week, Michelle Martin, OT, Embrace Rehab low vision expert, visited our community to share valuable insights on how therapy can help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. 💛

Residents learned helpful tips and examples of environmental adaptations to make daily tasks easier, safer, and more independent for those with visual impairments.

We’re grateful for our partnership with Embrace, our in-house therapy team, for always bringing knowledge, care, and compassion to our residents. 💪
