for an informative session on the GUIDE program (Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience). This new Medicare initiative offers resources designed to help older adults thrive while alleviating caregiver stress.

GUIDE is a voluntary, nationwide Medicare initiative aimed at improving the quality of life for individuals living with dementia. It includes care coordination, management, caregiver education, support, and respite services, which feature:

• 24/7 Care Management, Call Support Line, and In-Community Coordinator Support
• Up to $2,563 per program year for respite care services
• Companionship Care Liaison connecting providers, the community, and caregivers
