Bikram Yoga Fort Myers would like to extend a warm welcome to Guest Teacher, Constantine Kadel!

Constantine started practicing Bikram Yoga on 2009 after having eight major knee surgeries. With consistent practice he healed his knees along with dramatic weight loss. After witness ing and experiencing the power of Bikram Yoga, Constantine left his Wall Street career to attend the Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in LA, Spring 2012.

Over the past 12 years Constantine has enjoyed the opportunity to travel the world sharing his energy, love and the gift of Bikram Yoga.

Constantine will be with us starting today and through the next few months so lots of opportunity to catch his class and please welcome him open arms and lots of love!
