🤍 Be sure you are hydrating with water AND electrolytes 1 hour prior to class and right after class. This one element can do wonders to enhancing your endurance and overall practice.
🖤 Try to stay conscious of what you consume, whether it’s food, music, or even the people you surround yourself with, keep it high vibe.
🤍 Less can be more. During challenging days, know when to either apply more strength (mental) to get you through or dial back to your basics with full concentration on breath and stillness.
🖤 Excessive sweating is the bodies natural cooling system so let it flow, no wiping etc. Let the heat/humidity be your ally, keeping the body supple and open to newfound flexibility.
