Our Story

Our team of doulas will help you discover what you really need to know to give birth mindfully in today’s culture. Specializing in doula care and childbirth education.

We are a full service professional doula agency, with 4 birth doulas and a 2 postpartum specialists. We use a team approach to serve our birthing families so you feel fully supported during your entire pregnancy, labor and beyond. Ready to have an amazing birth? Yes! We attend your birth, keeping you calm and comfortable, advocating for you and with you. Your birth preferences are important, and we will do whatever we can to ensure they are followed!

We pride ourselves with backgrounds in Birthing From Within, social work and mental health counseling to be able to fully embrace your story and struggle. Every single client of ours receives Birth Coaching (think Life Coach meets Doula) services from our owner, Christine, who is also a Certified Doula, Childbirth Educator, Birth Mentor and Birth Coach.

With 100 births under her belt, Christine knows birth in this community! She takes her time getting to know each of our clients and pairs you with your perfect doula based on personality and values. Once you’re a client you’ll be invited to Mindful Birth’s quarterly Birth Circle Gatherings for every single Mindful Birth client who has ever utilized our doula services. It’s an amazing tribe to be a part of.
