We are back from vacation! We're in the office for our regular hours (MW 8-2, TTh 12-6) this week, but we are not in the office next Thursday 11/7

UPDATE: We will be closing at 4:00 pm on Tuesday

Hurricane Milton
We will be CLOSED Wednesday and Thursday this week due to Hurricane Milton.

We are also canceling our Saturday workshop. If you need to refill supplements, we will be open today until 2:00pm and we will be open tomorrow from 12 to 6pm (provided the weather does not deteriorate, so please call to confirm we are still in the office before stopping by on Tuesday)

We hope everyone stays safe and IF we do not lose power, we will be in the office 8:00 am Monday morning!

Our bodies are always sensing our environments, and they use much more than the "five senses" to do this. Based on the signals the body receives, it responds in the appropriate way based on the environment it perceives that it is in. If your body is experiencing a disease or symptoms, it is doing exactly what it is supposed to do based on the environmental stimuli it is receiving. If you want to get rid of that disease or symtpom, you need to change the signals your body is getting, change your environment. In this sense, our "diet" should be viewed as everything our body is exposed to on a daily basis. Create an environment that instructs your body to create health.
