As part of our hurricane relief effort we will be offering free treatment to all established patients tomorrow Wednesday September 13, 2017. Sports and Spine has electricity and will be open from 8:00am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-5:00pm. We will be accepting any walk-in appointments. Please excuse any wait as our ability to schedule is limited. Call ahead if you have the ability (our phones may be down as they are run through our internet). Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to accept new patients at this time. We hope that everyone is safe and look forward to continuing to serve the community.

Kind regards,
Cole

Dr. Cole Streets founded Sports and Spine with his wife Erica in their hometown of Fort Myers, Florida. Cole received his Doctor of Chiropractic Summa Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Daytona, Florida. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Before starting his own chiropractic practice, he worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the Tampa Bay Lightning and University of South Florida football, baseball, and track teams. In current practice, Cole continues to focus on performance-based sports chiropractic with an emphasis on providing natural pain relief and returning patients to optimal health and function. To accomplish this, he utilizes a progressive blend of chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue mobilization, and strength training in his care. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a full body Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) provider. Cole’s clients have included Olympic gold-medalists, national champions, professional athletes, collegiate athletes, recreational athletes, and military personnel alike. Although his focus is sports chiropractic, Cole is truly passionate about helping anyone who is interested in resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimizing performance.
