Aqua Fit is back!

Spring has officially arrived in SW Florida. The weather is warming up and there’s no better time to get moving in the pool.

We’re excited to relaunch Aqua Fit and invite our residents to join us for a fun, low-impact workout that’s easy on the joints and great for overall strength and balance.

There’s something about sunshine, music, and a pool full of energy that just feels right this time of year. ☀️💦

Drum Fit in Memory Care is more than just music — it’s movement, connection, and pure joy. The beat gets everyone engaged, encourages coordination, and creates moments of shared laughter and accomplishment.
