The start of a new year is a wonderful opportunity for seniors to refocus on wellness and build healthy habits that support a vibrant life. Here are a few simple ways to begin 2026 on a positive note:
Stay Active: Light movement, such as walking, stretching, yoga, or tai chi, can boost balance, mobility, and daily energy.

Choose Nourishing Foods: Add more colorful fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins to support immune health and overall vitality.

Drink Plenty of Water: Staying hydrated is essential for digestion, cognition, and healthy aging.

With Captain Buffington at the helm, DJ Wendy keeping the dance floor alive, exciting blackjack games, raffles, and spin-the-wheel prizes... we had so much fun, we didn’t want the party to end! 🎶🥂🎲
