A year of skin work + strategic volume restoration = harmony, balance, and the most natural refresh ✨

We’ve been focusing on improving her skin quality with lasers over the past year, and now it was time to address the deeper changes that come with aging-bone loss, deep fat compartment depletion, and overall structural volume loss.

Using a conservative, anatomy-focused approach, we treated her cheeks, chin, and chin shadow to restore support, soften heaviness, and subtly rebalance her facial proportions. A small, thoughtful tweak made a big impact on her overall appearance. She’s thrilled with her results, and so are we.

Patients often “fear filler,” but what they should truly avoid is untrained, unethical injecting.

This beautiful result is after 3 sessions of lip filler, done slowly and strategically to create natural volume and shape.

Here’s what I always explain to my patients:
1️⃣Longevity varies. Filler packaging may say 12-18 months, but the truth is everyone metabolizes differently Some break it down in just months, while others hold it for years. We only know once we start.
2️⃣Slow and steady wins. Dumping in stiff filler all at once often leads to lumps, bumps, and migration outside the border. By layering over time, the tissue can stretch naturally, the product integrates beautifully, and the lips look seamless.

The goal isn’t just fuller lips-it’s lips that stay smooth, natural, and balanced long-term.

Did you know we could do partial removals?

This lovely lady had her brows done years ago somewhere else and came in for a color boost. Her brows were uneven and she didn’t love them but didn’t want them fully removed to start over.

We shaped them up by making them slightly thinner to give her more arch and also eliminated the little part in the head of the brow that was too high. After a few weeks of healing, we have now color boosted her and gave her a shape she loves much more!

This may not be an option for everyone, but if you’re thinking about it, book that consultation!
