This Herby Lentil & Quinoa Salad is what I call a "hormone-friendly workhorse"—it takes less than 30 minutes to make, stays fresh for days, and actually delivers the protein and fiber your body needs during hormonal transitions.
Why this recipe works for midlife health:

I hear this every single week—mostly from women in their 40s and 50s, and men who say "this never used to happen."
