The holidays are supposed to be the most wonderful time of the year.
But if you're navigating perimenopause or menopause, you might find yourself struggling to feel the magic you once did.

Maybe you're physically present at the family gathering, but mentally somewhere else entirely. Perhaps the joy that used to come naturally now feels just out of reach. Or you're so exhausted by the end of the day that you can barely enjoy the moments you've been looking forward to all year.

One minute you’re humming Christmas songs… the next minute you’re crying in the pantry because someone moved the ornaments. And guess what? It’s all normal.

But today — on this first Monday of December — I want to remind you of something powerful:
