We’ve all been there — bumper-to-bumper traffic, the light turns red (again), and frustration starts to build. Your heart rate goes up, your shoulders tense, and suddenly it feels like the world is moving against you.

That’s when Box Breathing can help.
It’s a simple yet powerful tool used to calm your body and reset your mind — perfect for moments when stress or anger sneak up on you.

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Inhale for 4 seconds
2️⃣ Hold for 4 seconds
3️⃣ Exhale for 4 seconds
4️⃣ Hold again for 4 seconds
…and repeat the cycle a few times.

With each breath, you give your nervous system permission to slow down.
