I had a dream
A dream that felt so real
I held you in my arms in the dream
We laughed and talked
My soul was happy and filled with so much gratitude
The happiness in my soul lingered into my reality as I woke up this morning
Realized it was a dream
Instead of feeling sad I was overjoyed with the happiness that I still felt from the memory of my dream with you
My day continued and heaven answered a secret prayer for me
My souls desire manifested with the frequency of gratitude and happiness
And all I can say is Thank you Creator, Thank you Creator, Thank you Creator 🫶🏼

But she listened to her intuition and kept the heart within her body
She trusted her higher knowing
The pain would continue and she learned to move in the world with it
Until one day her cycles ceased
The pain disappeared as she healed the trauma her heart had lived through”

The journey of healing my womb has been one of remembrance and release. I listened to her whispers — the guidance of generations before me — and she reminded me that my power has always lived within. Healing is not linear, but it is sacred.

Brings me to the realization that I must give myself grace 🙏🏼
✨ Giving Yourself Grace ✨
When you’re the caregiver of an ill parent, remember — you are doing the best you can. 💜
It’s okay to rest. It’s okay to feel. It’s okay to grow at your own pace.
Even in the hardest moments, you are evolving into your highest self — one act of love, one breath, one day at a time. 🌙

Always growing and learning to BE my highest and truest self. This current journey I am on has been challenging at times. I know with all my heart the Creator is AlwAys guiding me. The challenge comes from trying to care for a parent that you’re seeing declining due to their disease.
Never thought I’d see my dad like this…..trying to do my best as his caregiver…..so he can BE in his home til the it’s time for his next phase.
So I give myself grace.

Today I will move appreciating the freedom of being able to move in this world.
