Spent the past weekend learning ( neuromuscular therapy ) some new techniques that I’m excited to bring back to my office for my amazing clients!
Here’s how my weekend went as I ate great food and met some awesome like-minded therapists that are taking the same journey as you are, but just at different levels
It’s so cool to meet and see where everyone is at and where we all go in life
 six more classes, a test and I’ll be certified in NMT it’s crazy what you put your mind to you can accomplish anything

With my regular plastic cups and Dynamic cups.
What is Dynamic Cupping⁉️
Dynamic cupping is a combination of massage and the use of suction cups to improve soft tissue mobility, decrease pain, and improve range of motion! Which, in this case helped relieve this gentleman’s hamstring so he can run better in his sprints. 🏃‍♀️
