COLLEEN IS BACK!!!! Well, on a limited basis anyway! Colleen was able to return to work at the Spa today after undergoing reconstructive hand surgery last week. She will only be offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapy sessions, Brazilian Bodysculpting, Fasciablasting and Facials until her surgeon clears her to return to full-time massage. Don't be fooled by deceptive ads offering potions, lotions, drops or foot pads to clear your lymphatic system and reduce bloating and edema. They don't work.

Just a reminder - your body has 650 to 750 lymph nodes and 3X more lymphatic fluid than it has blood. But your lymphatic system doesn't have a pump. It expects YOU to make sure that lymphatic fluid keeps moving and we aren't always good at it. When your lymph drains become clogged, it causes swelling, inflammation and slow healing.

That's where we come in. In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, Colleen LoRae is also a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. That basically means that she has been specially trained and certified to unclog all those lymphatic drains and get your lymph flowing again to:
